Very nice almost perfect 3rd version Leitz 50mm f2 Summicron lens in box. Very late second last batch (2794651-2796150) lens. Interesting about this lens is the box. We have seen these lenses quite often and also with box but never with this late type of box. Lens looks quite nice. Some small signs of the lens hood are visible and therefore it is rated as mint- otherwise it would be mint or mint-like new. Lens elements are clean. No haze, fog, scratches or cleaning marks. Focusing goes smooth. Leitz 12585 lens hood with cap is included too. As you can see on the last picture the box is filled with the red foam. We all know this kind of foam and that it won't last forever. We do not store the lens in the box. Therefore included is a leather pouch. Last but not least included is the box and warranty card both with matching numbers. Great lens for using or collecting.
