Service and accuracy are our main priority. We therefore have chosen for UPS as our main shipping partner. As we ship almost everything via UPS (within the Netherlands you can chose for PostNL as well) we managed to arrange interesting prices. The benefits for you as a customer:

   1. orders < Euro 500 fixed price of Euro 10 for PostNL and Euro 15 for UPS (21% VAT included) for shipping within the Netherlands
   2. orders < Euro 500 fixed price of Euro 25 (VAT included) for shipping within the EU
   3. orders < Euro 500 fixed price of Euro 25 for shipping within Europe (outside the EU)
   4. orders < Euro 500 fixed price of Euro 30 for Worldwide shipping (outside Europe)
   5. orders > Euro 500 shipping is free of charge

Customs might charge you for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We have no control on duties and/or custom fees. Duties and custom fees are always on the buyers account. For shipments outside the European Union (EU) we have to include original invoices with correct prices and descriptions. We do not declare at lower prices to avoid duties or custom fees. This is not only not allowed by government but the amount you would save is much less as the amount you would lose when the package is damaged or lost.
